Exeter, New Hampshire, is a worthy stop to while away an afternoon.  Browse the downtown boutiques, take a book to the excellent Swasey Park (as we did), or kayak the calm Squamscott River.

    All our (current) grandchildren were born in Exeter NH, so we know this view quite well from a few years back. They are now in Freeport ME, so we are getting to know that area when we visit.

    Some good travel images in your blog, which I will work through as I get the time.
