After a spectacular sunset, we awoke to our favorite Warner Brothers cartoon. The Road Runner stayed for some breakfast seed.
But Bugs Bunny, seeming distraught at having made a wrong turn in Albuquerque, didn’t linger.

HILARIOUS – cute post today! Too bad Wiley Coyote did not make a showing. Have a Great Day:)

I thought the same thing, that we were missing Wile E. Coyote. I also considered making a comment about the resident campground Elmer Fudd, but decided against it. LOL

I’ve never seen a real, live road runner. Great photos!

We hadn’t either until probably the day before we took this photo. I was expecting a giant blue bird with a poufy, plume atop his head. I don’t think we’d have ever I.D.’d this guy if we didn’t seen him dart across the road.

You’re probably right. The “Super Genius” was always a little too slow for the wily road runner. LOL.

I’ve only seen them in motion and that’s always been a really quick glimpse. Excellent shot!
